1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the InvoDesk mobile application (“Application”), developed by Tunahan Gokce (“Service Provider”) and offered as a free-to-download service. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, translation, or creation of derivative works based on the Application or its content is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights related to the Application, remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider aims to keep the Application as reliable and useful as possible. However, they reserve the right to modify the Application, introduce paid features, or discontinue the service at any time, with prior notice where applicable. Any such changes will be clearly communicated.
2. Use of the Application
The Application stores and processes personal information that you provide to enable account creation, data synchronization, and other core functionalities. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your account credentials.
Important: Do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise its security and prevent the Application from functioning properly.
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for functionality issues arising from lack of connectivity or exceeding your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of your Wi-Fi zone, your carrier’s data terms and charges may apply, including roaming fees. By using the Application, you agree to take responsibility for any such costs. If you are not the device’s bill payer, you confirm that you have obtained permission to use it.
You are also responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if the Application becomes inaccessible due to battery depletion or similar device-related issues.
3. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on certain third-party services to function properly. Each of these services has its own Terms and Conditions. By using the Application, you also agree to the terms of these third-party providers:
- Firebase (for authentication, analytics, and crash reporting)
- RevenueCat (for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions)

4. Updates, Modifications, and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically to improve performance, security, or compatibility. You agree to install such updates when prompted to ensure continued functionality.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with your specific device or operating system version.
The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time without prior notice. In such a case, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate immediately, and you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
5. Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date functionality, the Application is provided “as is.” The Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application’s reliability, availability, or suitability for your specific purpose.
You acknowledge that use of the Application is at your own risk. The Service Provider will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Application, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or system errors.
6. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the revised version will take effect immediately upon posting. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
