This Privacy Policy applies to the InvoDesk mobile application (“Application”) developed by Tunahan Gokce (“Service Provider”) as a free-to-download service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Application is provided “as is.”

When you download and use InvoDesk, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Usage data such as the pages you access, time and date of your visits, and time spent on the Application
- Your mobile device’s operating system and general usage statistics
The Application does not collect precise location data.
For an improved user experience, you may be asked to sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. These services may provide your name, email address, and profile picture, which are used solely for account creation and identification within InvoDesk.
InvoDesk also stores data such as invoices, clients, and related business information in secure cloud storage. This data is used only to provide and improve the Application’s core functionality.
The Service Provider may contact you occasionally with important notices, updates, or promotional information.

InvoDesk integrates with third-party services to operate effectively and enhance performance. These third-party services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The Application currently uses the following third-party providers:
- Firebase (for analytics, crash reporting, and authentication)
- RevenueCat (for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions)

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall procedure available on your mobile device or through the app marketplace.

User-provided data will be retained as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal or operational requirements.
If you wish to delete your account or any user data, please contact support@invodesk.app. We will process your request within a reasonable time.
6. Children’s Privacy
InvoDesk is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it from our servers.
